How do I give permission to access Two Factors Authentication to a group?
1. | Login to your account using the username and password provided. | |
2. | Hover Over the Users tab and Click on the Users tab. | |
3. | Click on the 'Manage Group Rights' button. | |
4. | Select the user group you want to give access to. | |
5. | Click on the EDIT button. | |
6. | Navigate to Users tab and Tick the tick box of Two Factors Authentication. | |
7. | Click on the SAVE button to save your changes. | |
8. | Popup window will be shown. Click on the OK button. |
Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator. |
