How do I access Review Management in Mixed View of Monthly Report...

How do I view Review Management?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.  
2. Hover over Asset Management Centre and Click on Monthly Reporting tab.  
3. Go to Manage By field and Select Manage By Date from List.  
4. Select Client from the list. It will load data into grid.  
5. Go to end of the date record from grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (E.g As shown in image 26th March 2018 date record is selected.)  
6. Select View Type to Mixed View. It will load Mixed View in same window.  
7. Review Management Section will open by default.  

How do I edit Review Management at document level?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.  
2. Hover over Asset Management Centre and Click on Monthly Reporting tab.

8. It will load fields in same window. Edit Process Step,Status and other relevant details.  
9. Click on SAVE button to save your changes.  
10. It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.  

How do I edit Review Management?

How do I view Notes in Review Management?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.

How do I send Notes in Review Management?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.

7. Review Management Section will open by default. Click on view icon. It will open Review Management tab in a new window.  
8. Go to Notes section and Enter Note.  
9. Click on SEND NOTE button to send your Note.  
10. It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.

How do I delete Notes in Review Management?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.

8. Go to Note that you want to delete and Click on the delete icon.  
9. It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.  
10. It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.  

How do I add/edit File Meta Tag in Review Management?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.  
2. Hover over Asset Management Centre and Click on Monthly Reporting tab.  
3. Go to Manage By field and Select Manage By Date from List.

8. Go to Add/Edit File Meta Tag section and Add/Edit File Meta Tag..  
9. Click on SAVE META TAG button to save your changes.  

How do I move documents of Review Management?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.  
2. Hover over Asset Management Centre and Click on Monthly Reporting tab.  
3. Go to Manage By field and Select Manage By Date from List.  
4. Select Client from the list. It will load data into grid.  
5. Go to end of the date record from grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (E.g As shown in image 26th March 2018 date record is selected.)  
6. Select View Type to Mixed View. It will load Mixed View in same window.  
7. Review Management Section will open by default. Click on view icon. It will open Review Management tab in a new window.
8. Select Document Type and Aircraft from list.  
9. Select Date where you want to move document.  
10. Click on MOVE button.  
11. It will show you Pop up message. Click on OK button.  
12. It will show you Pop up message. Click on OK button.  

How do I view Audit Trail in Review Management?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.  
2. Hover over Asset Management Centre and Click on Monthly Reporting tab.  
3. Go to Manage By field and Select Manage By Date from List.  
4. Select Client from the list. It will load data into grid.  
5. Go to end of the date record from grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (E.g As shown in image 26th March 2018 date record is selected.)  
6. Select View Type to Mixed View. It will load Mixed View in same window.  
7. Review Management Section will open by default. Click on view icon. It will open Review Management tab in a new window.  
8. Click on AUDIT TRAIL button. It will open Audit Trail page in a new window.  
9. Select require field to filter Audit Trail Report like filter by keyword, filter by operation, filter by date etc.  
10. Click on FILTER button to filter Current Status Audit Trails report. It will show filtered data into grid.  

How do I export Audit Trail in Review Management?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
