How do I reorder documents?

Login to your account using the username and password provided. |

Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab. |

Scroll down and select record you wish to view. |

In the left side Sub Links are activated. Hover over the Sub Link that you want to open and Click on the sub menu tab that you want to open. It will open new window. |

In the new popup window Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Reorder Document option. It will open new window. |

Select Sort By option from list if you want to reorder documents by File Name, File Size and File Type. |

If you want to reorder documents manually then Select Move icon and reorder documents as you want. |

How do I copy a document?
1. |
Login to your account using the username and password provided. |

Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab. |

Scroll down and select record you wish to view. |
|

In the left side Sub Links are activated. Hover over the Sub Link that you want to open and Click on the sub menu tab that you want to open. It will open new window. |

Select the Document that you want to copy by Ticking tick box shown in front of title of that document. |

Go to Move/Attach option and set group where you want to add new copy of selected document. Select Client, Attach Type, Aircraft, Tab, Sub Tab and Select group from list. |

Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Copy option It will open new window. |

At the new window you have a list of rows at selected group you have to select one or multiple rows in which you want to copy document. |

Click on Copy button for copy document in selected rows. |

How do I merge documents?

How do I download split documents to PC?

How do I save split documents directly to the respective row?

How do I extract documents?

How do I download document to PC?

How do I view an Audit Trail of a document?
