How do I filter document by reference number in ascending order?

1.	Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.	Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Landing Gear Centre Tab.
3.	Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4.	Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Landing Gear History button. It will open new window. Note: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an Landing Gear record has been selected.
5.	Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.
6.	Select Filter By option as "By Reference Number". Note: This filter option is only applicable for 'Maintenance Control Centre' Approved Box / Folders.
7.	Select order as "Sort in ascending order".
8.	Click on SEARCH button. It will show documents in ascending order.
