How do I add Columns in Manage Status List?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Commercial Management tab then Hover on the Legal and Financial Centre tab and Click on Contract Management tab.
3. Click on Engine Centre button.
4. Select record for which you wish to view Manage Status List.
5. Click on view icon. It will open new window.
6. Click on Milestones tab. It will open new window.
7. In the new window, Hover on Controls button at top right side of the page and Click on Manage Status List. It will open Manage Status List in new Window.
8. In the new window, Click on ADD button to add Column.
9. Add Column Title and other relevant details.
10. Click on SAVE button to save your changes.

How do I edit Columns in Manage Status List?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.

How do I delete Columns in Manage Status List?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Commercial Management tab then Hover on the Legal and Financial Centre tab and Click on Contract Management tab.
3. Click on Engine Centre button.
4. Select record for which you wish to view Manage Status List.
5. Click on view icon. It will open new window.
6. Click on Milestones tab. It will open new window.
7. In the new window, Hover on Controls button at top right side of the page and Click on Manage Status List. It will open Manage Status List in new Window.
8. In the new window, Select any column from grid which you want to delete.
9. Click on DELETE button.
10. It will show you one Pop up. Click on OK button to delete Column.

How do I view audit Trail in Manage Status List?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Commercial Management tab then Hover on the Legal and Financial Centre tab and Click on Contract Management tab.
3. Click on Engine Centre button.
4. Select record for which you wish to view Manage Status List.
5. Click on view icon. It will open new window.
6. Click on Milestones tab. It will open new window.
7. In the new window, Hover on Controls button at top right side of the page and Click on Manage Status List. It will open Manage Status List in new Window.
8. In the new window, Click on AUDIT TRAIL button. It will open Audit Trail page in New Window.

Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator.
