1. | Login to your account using the username and password provided. | |
2. | Hover over the tab for User and Click on the Users tab. | |
3. | Click on the MANAGE SEATS button. | |
4. | Select Archived Users tab in that new window. | |
5. | Select Client from list and you can view Archived Users for that client into grid. | |
6. | Select User from the grid that you want to reactivate. Note : Multiple selection allowed by the check ox in front of every users. |

7. | Click on the REACTIVATE button. | |
8. | Popup window will be shown. Click on the OK button. | |
9. | Popup window will be shown. Click on the OK button. |
Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator. |
