TSI Time Since Installation. Expressed in Hours from Installation. For Components, Landing Gear and Engines will usually be Aircraft Flight Hours. For APU should be APU Hours, caution should be taken on such data to confirm it is expressed in APU Hours as the Operators system will usually collect Aircraft Flight Hours which will require correction by an agreed formulae for older Aircraft or collected from the APU Digital Monitoring Unit (DMU) for newer Aircraft. Note: Landing Gear Hours for Life Limited Parts may differ from the Aircraft Flight Hours when correction is made due to the Landing Gear being operated at different Aircraft Operating Weights. Note: Where the Component is part of an Assembly the Installation Date will depend on the practice of the Operator. It may be the Installation Date for the Component to the Assembly, or the Installation Date of the Assembly to the Aircraft. |
