How do I manage Listing Work Status Report from Manage By Asset Tab?

How do I view Listing Work Status Report from Manage By Asset Tab?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Asset tab.
4. Select any desired Centre tab.
5. Go to end of the record from grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.  
6. Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Workpacks/ Work Orders, etc.
7. Hover over REPORTS button and Click on Listing Work Status Report tab. It will open Listing Work Status Report in a new window.

Note: This Report Provides the data as per the tails with their respective dates for the listings received from a particular location or not.
 
8. Enter From Date and To Date to filter the report. 
9. Click on Filter. Report will be shown below on the Grid.
10. Grid will include columns eg. Date, Tail, Barcode/Checkname, Location, Workpack Work status, Listing Work Status, Total

How do I export Listing Work Status Report from Manage By Asset Tab?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Asset tab.
4. Select any desired Centre tab.
5. Go to end of the record from grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.  
6. Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Workpacks/ Work Orders, etc.
7. Hover over REPORTS button and Click on Listing Work Status Report tab. It will open Listing Work Status Report in a new window.

Note: This Report Provides the data as per the tails with their respective dates for the listings received from a particular location or not.
 
8. Enter From Date and To Date to filter the report. 
9. Click on Filter. Report will be shown below on the Grid.
10. Grid will include columns eg. Date, Tail, Barcode/Checkname, Location, Workpack Work status, Listing Work Status, Total
8. Click on EXPORT button.
9. It will show you Popup asking whether you want to open or save file.  

How do I print Listing Work Status Report from Manage By Asset Tab?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.

3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Asset tab.

8. Click on PRINT button. It will allow you to print Listing Work Status Report.
Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator.
