How do I manage Historical Groups in User Profiles of authorisation and Training Records Centre?

How do I add a Historical Group?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Technical Management tab then Hover over the Authorisations and Training Records Centre and Click on the User profiles tab.  
3. Hover on the Controls and Click on Manage Historical Groups option. It will open new window of Historical Groups.  
4. Click on ADD button.  
5. Add Group Name and Display Number from list.  
6. Click on SAVE button to add Historical Group.  

How do I delete a Historical Group?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Technical Management tab then Hover over the Authorisations and Training Records Centre and Click on the User profiles tab.  
3. Hover on the Controls and Click on Manage Historical Groups option. It will open new window of Historical Groups.  
4. Select Historical Group from the grid which you want to delete.  
5. Click on DELETE button.  
6. It will open one Pop up. Click on OK button.  

How do I edit a Historical Group?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Technical Management tab then Hover over the Authorisations and Training Records Centre and Click on the User profiles tab.  
3. Hover on the Controls and Click on Manage Historical Groups option. It will open new window of Historical Groups.  
4. Select Historical Group from the grid which you want to edit.  
5. Click on EDIT button.  
6. Edit Group Name and Display Number from list.  
7. Fill relevant details and Click on SAVE button to add Historical Group.  

How do I view Audit Trail?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Technical Management tab then Hover over the Authorisations and Training Records Centre and Click on the User profiles tab.  
3. Hover on the Controls and Click on Manage Historical Groups option. It will open new window of Historical Groups.  
4. Click on AUDIT TRAIL button. It will open Audit Trail in a new window.
5. Select filter types to filter Audit Trail Report. Like filter by keyword, filter by operations, filter by date, filter by client etc.  
6. Click on FILTER button to filter Audit Trail report. It will show filtered data into grid.  

How do I export Audit Trail?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Technical Management tab then Hover over the Authorisations and Training Records Centre and Click on the User profiles tab.  
3. Hover on the Controls and Click on Manage Historical Groups option. It will open new window of Historical Groups.  
4. Click on AUDIT TRAIL button. It will open Audit Trail in a new window.
5. Select filter types to filter Audit Trail Report. Like filter by keyword, filter by operations, filter by date, filter by client etc.  
6. Click on EXPORT button.
7. It will show you Popup asking whether you want to open or save file.
