How do I Add, Edit and Delete the General Components columns?

How do I Add General Component Column/s?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Asset tab.
4. Click on "General Components' Tab.
5. Hover over Controls Button and Click on "General Components Columns".
6. Select Client.
7. Click on "ADD' Button.
8. Fill the required Fields i.e., Column Title, Column Field Type.
Note : Column field type will include Free Text and Date Picker only.
9. Click on "SAVE" to update the changes.


How do I Edit General Component Column/s?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Asset tab.
4. Click on "General Components' Tab.
5. Hover over Controls Button and Click on "General Components Columns".
6. Select Client.
7. Select the Column Title from the grid which you want to edit.
8. Click on "EDIT" Button.
9. Update the required Fields i.e., Column Title, Column Field Type.
Note : Column field type will include Free Text and Date Picker only.
10. Click on "SAVE" to update the changes.

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Asset tab.
4. Click on "General Components' Tab.
5. Hover over Controls Button and Click on "General Components Columns".
6. Select Client.
7. Select the Column Title from the grid which you want to delete.
8. Click on "DELETE" .
