How do I manage documents of Maintenance History in Aircraft Centre?

How do I view the document in another display format?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab.

3.
Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4.
Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Maintenance History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an aircraft record has been selected.

Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.

6.
At the top left hand corner of the page you will see a header labelled View with a drop down box to the right.

The drop down box will contain a series of formats to display, left click the option of preference.


How do I search for a document name?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab.

3.
Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4.
Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Maintenance History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an aircraft record has been selected.

Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.

6.
At the top of the page there is a header labelled Keyword Search with a text box to the right.

7.
In this text box you can enter the name of the document to be located.

8.
When the search parameters have been entered click on the FILTER tab.


How do I reorder documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab.

3.
Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4.
Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Maintenance History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an aircraft record has been selected.

Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.

6.
Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Reorder Documents option. It will open new Window.

7.
Reorder Document using Move Icon.

8.
Click on SAVE Button.


How do I copy a document?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab.

3.
Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4.
Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Maintenance History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an aircraft record has been selected.

5.
Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.

6.
To copy a document scroll down to the documents to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnail.

7.
Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Copy option. It will open new window.

8.
At the new window you have a list of rows available into grid. Select row where you want to copy document.

9.
Click on the COPY button.

10.
After clicking on Copy button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the copy process then click on OK button, then the copy process will be done.

11.
It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.


How do I delete documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab.

3.
Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4.
Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Maintenance History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an aircraft record has been selected.

5.
Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.

6.
In the new window, select documents that you want to delete.

7.
Hover to Manage Documents button drop down and Click on Delete option.

8.
An option will appear to confirm deletion.


How do I reload documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab.

3.
Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4.
Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Maintenance History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an aircraft record has been selected.

5.
Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.

6.
To Reload Documents, first select show all documents from the drop down menu on the far right. Then scroll down to the Documents to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnails.

Note: If you want to reload single/multiple documents then navigate to Select Ghost documents and select show deleted from the list.

Hover to Manage Documents drop down and Click on Reload option.
8.
An option will appear to confirm Reloading. Click on OK button.

9.
It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.


How do I save Merged documents directly to the respective row?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab.

3.
Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4.
Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Maintenance History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an aircraft record has been selected.

5.
Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.

6.
To Merge two or more Documents scroll down to the Document to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnail.

7.
Hover to Manage Documents drop down and Click on Merge option. It will open new window.

8.
Enter file Name that you want to give to document, Click on MERGE FILES button.

9.
Select the Save to Row radio button from action option.

10.
It will show you pop up message. Click on OK button. Merged documents will save in selected document list page.


How do I download Merged documents to PC?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Aircraft Centre Tab.

3.
Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4.
Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Maintenance History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an aircraft record has been selected.

5.
Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.

6.
To Merge two or more Documents scroll down to the Document to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnail.
