How do I manage documents of Engine Centre in Current Status?

How do I view the document in another view type?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.  
5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents. It will open new window.
6. At the top left hand corner of the page you will see a header labelled View Type with a drop down box to the right.  
7. The drop down box will contain a series of formats to display. Select any view type from list. It will load that view in same page.  

How do I search for a document name?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.  
5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents. It will open new window.
6. At the top of the page there is a header labelled Filter/Search with a text box to the right.  
7. In this text box you can enter the name of the document to be located e.g LOGBOOKS.  
8. When the search parameters have been entered click on the filter button.  

How do I reorder documents?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.  
5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents.
6. Hover over the Manage Documents button and Click on Reorder Documents tab. It will open new window.  
7. Select Sort By option from list if you want to reorder documents by File Name, File Size and File Type.
8. If you want to reorder documents manually then Select Move icon and reorder documents as you want.
9. Click on Save button to save reorder of documents that you change.  

How do I copy a document?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.  
5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents. It will open new window.
6. In the new window, select documents that you want to copy.  
7. Select required Attach Type from the list and other required fields.  
8. Hover over the Manage Documents button and Click on Copy tab. it will open new window.  
9. At the new window you have a list of row at selected group you have to select one or multiple rows in which you want to copy document.  
10. Click on Copy button for copy document in selected rows.  
11. After clicking on Copy button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the copy process then click on OK button, then the copy process will be done.
12. It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.

How do I Attach documents?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.  
5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents. It will open new window.
6. In the new window, select documents that you want to attach.  
7. Select required Attach Type from the list and other required fields.  
8. Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Attach option. It will open new window.  
9. At the new window you have a list of row at selected group you have to select one or multiple rows in which you want to attach document.  
10. Click on ATTACH button.  
11. After clicking on Attach button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the Attachment process then click on OK button, then the attach process will be done.
12. It will show a popup message. Click on OK button.  

How do I move documents?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.  
5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents. It will open new window.
6. In the new window, select documents that you want to move.  
7. Select required Attach Type from the list and other required fields.  
8. Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Move option. It will open new window.  
9. Select one or multiple row where you want to move document.
10. Click on MOVE button.  
11. After clicking on Move button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the move process then click on OK button, then the move process will be done.
12. It will show you pop-up. Click on OK button.

How do I save Merged documents directly to the respective row?

1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

Hover over the Fleet Management tab and Click on Engine Centre Tab.

3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.

4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.

5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents. It will open new window.

6. To Merge two or more Documents scroll down to the Document to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnail.

7. Hover over the Manage Documents and Click on Download to PC option.

8. Enter file Name that you want to give to document, Click on MERGE FILES button.
9. Select the Save to Row radio button from action option.
10. Document group has to be selected, to save the merged document to particular document group and Click on MERGE FILES button.
11. It will show you pop up message. Click on OK button. Merged documents will save in selected document list page.

How do I download Merged documents to PC?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.  
5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents. It will open new window.
6. To Merge two or more Documents scroll down to the Document to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnail.  
7. Hover over the Manage Documents and Click on Download to PC option.
8. Enter file Name that you want to give to document, Click on MERGE FILES button.

Note: 1) If file is 150MB or less then go to Step 9.
2) If file is more than 150MB then go to Step 10.
9. Click on SAVE button. It will ask you to download .zip file.  
10. An popup message is shown. A click on OK button, a link is generated and send on user's email id.
11. Check your email and Click on a link to download file.
12. Click on Download button to download zip file.
13. Use password which is given in email to open a file.

How do I download split documents to PC?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Scroll down and select record you wish to view.
4. Hover over Current Status and Select any tab from dropdown. It will open new window.  
5. Click on view icon of row for view inner documents. It will open new window.
6. Select document that you want to Split.  
7. Hover to Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Split/Extract option. It will open new window.  
8. Hover over the SPLIT ALL PAGES button and Click on "Download to PC" option. It will allow you to download zip file.
