How do I manage documents in Components Centre?

How do I view the document in another display format?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4. Select Client from the list.
5. Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.  
6. Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7. Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.  
8. At the top left hand corner of the page you will see a header labelled View with a drop down box to the right.  
9. The drop down box will contain a series of formats to display, left click the option of preference.  

How do I search for a document name?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4. Select Client from the list.
5. Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.  
6. Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7. Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.  
8. At the top of the page there is a header labelled Keyword Search with a text box to the right. In this text box you can enter the name of the document to be located e.g LOGBOOKS.  
9. When the search parameters have been entered click on the search button.

How do I reorder documents?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4. Select Client from the list.
5. Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.  
6. Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7. Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.  
8. Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Reorder Documents option. It will open new Window.  
9. Reorder Document using Move Icon.  
10. Click on SAVE button.  

How do I copy a document?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4. Select Client from the list.
5. Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.  
6. Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7. Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.  
8. In the new window, select documents that you want to copy.  
9. Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Copy option. It will open new window.  
10. At the new window you have a list of rows available into grid. Select row where you want to copy document.
11. Click on the COPY button.
12. After clicking on Copy button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the copy process then click on OK button, then the copy process will be done.
13. It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.

How do I move documents?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4. Select Client from the list.
5. Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.  
6. Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7. Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.  
8. In the new window, select documents that you want to move.  
9. Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Move option. It will open new window.  
10. Select option given in row from the grid.  
11. Click on MOVE button.  
12. After clicking on Move button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the copy process then click on OK button, then the move process will be done.
13. It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.

How do I delete documents?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4. Select Client from the list.
5. Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.  
6. Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7. Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.  
8. In the new window, select documents that you want to delete.  
9. Hover to Manage Documents button drop down and Click on Delete option.  
10. An option will appear to confirm deletion.

How do I reload documents?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4. Select Client from the list.
5. Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.  
6. Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7. Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.  
8. To Reload Documents, first select show all documents from the drop down menu on the far right. Then scroll down to the Documents to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnails.  
9. Hover to Manage Documents drop down and Click on Reload option.  
10. An option will appear to confirm Reloading. Click on OK button.  
11. It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.  

How do I merge documents?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4. Select Client from the list.
5. Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.  
6. Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7. Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.  
8. To Merge two or more Documents scroll down to the Document to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnail.
9. Hover over the Manage Documents and Click on Merge option.
10. Enter file Name that you want to give to document, Click on MERGE FILES button.

Note: 1) If file is 150MB or less then go to Step 9.
2) If file is more than 150MB then go to Step 10.

11. Click on SAVE button. It will ask you to download .zip file.
12. An popup message is shown. A click on OK button, a link is generated and send on user's email id.
13. Check your email and Click on a link to download file.
14. Click on Download button to download zip file.
15. Use password which is given in email to open a file.

How do I download split documents to PC?
