How do I upload the documents I have added?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
Note: These login details will be the same as the FLYdocs web platform.
2. Select a Client from the Client dropdown and then select 'OK'.
3. Select the tab Scan at Source at the top of the application.
4. Click on the Daily Scanning tab at the upper right corner.
5. Select the document type you want to review i.e., Techlog, Workorder, Cabin/Flight Logs, NRCs/MRIs, etc.
6. Select the option for 'Scan by Asset' or 'Scan by Date'.

7. Review the grid at the bottom of the page.
8. Select the 'View' icon at the right hand side of the grid to open the Box/ Folder Level window to review you the documentation in each folder.
9. Then click on button for 'UPLOAD FOLDER' at the top of the page.
10. A confirmation prompt will appear and the document(s) will be uploaded to the Maintenance Control Centre.
Note : If there is no Tiff/Pdf files are on the uploads and contain files i.e Videos, Xlsx, Docx, etc., then the OCR process will be skipped for these files.



Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator.
