How do I tag a Folder?

How do I tag folders within Maintenance History?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab then Hover over the Engine Centre tab and Click on Engine Fleet Status tab.  
3. Select the record that you would like access.
4. Hover over the Maintenance Status button and Click on the Engine History button. It will open new window.

NOTE: The Maintenance Status button will become active once an engine record has been selected.
 
5. Select Year View, BOX View, MCC View or Delivery Bible View.  
6. Click on SHOW button. It will load respective view into grid.  
7. Go to grid and Click on the Link to Inventory icon. It will open a new window.
8. Select Operator.

Note: The Operator in the dropdown gets populated from the Asset History of that Asset.
9. Select Tag Type.
10. Tick the folder in the grid you want to tag.
11. Click on the SAVE button.

How do I remove the tagging from the folders?

10. Untick the folder tagged under that tag type.
11. Click on the SAVE button.
Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator.
