How do I manage Reference Number Report?

How do I view Reference Number Report?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4. Select any Centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5. Hover over the Reports dropdown and Click on Reference Number Report option. It will open new window.
6. Select Client and Document Type from the List.
7. Select Asset Type and then select Asset.
8. Select Filter By option from list and Select other required fields.

Note: By selecting By All Range from Filter By, Users can select multiple Aircrafts.
9. Click on FILTER REPORT button. It will load data into grid.

Note: In case of Multiple Aircrafts, Aircraft List will be available as horizontal Scroll Bar and the report can be filtered by assets individually.


How do I export Reference Number Report?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4. Select any Centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5. Hover over the Reports dropdown and Click on Reference Number Report option. It will open new window.
6. Select Client and Document Type from the List.
7. Select Asset Type and then select Asset.
8. Select Filter By option from list and Select other required fields.

Note: By selecting By All Range from Filter By, Users can select multiple Aircrafts.
9. Click on FILTER REPORT button. It will load data into grid.

Note: In case of Multiple Aircrafts, Aircraft List will be available as horizontal Scroll Bar and the report can be filtered by assets individually.
10. Click on EXPORT button.
11. It will show you Popup asking whether you want to open or save file.  
12. Popup window will be shown. Click on the OK button.  
13. You will receive Email notification to download Reference Number Report.  


How do I check for missing Reference Numbers?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4. Select any Centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5. Hover over the Reports dropdown and Click on Reference Number Report option. It will open new window.
6. Select Client and Document Type from the List.
7. Select Asset Type and then select Asset.
8. Select Filter By option from list and Select other required fields.

Note: By selecting By All Range from Filter By, Users can select multiple Aircrafts.
9. Click on FILTER REPORT button. It will load data into grid.

Note: Aircraft List will be available as horizontal Scroll Bar and the report can be filtered by assets individually.
10. Check the status of Reference Status column, If status is "Not received" that means the Document reference is missing.  


How do I update Missing Status Manually from Reference Number Report?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4. Select any Centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5. Hover over the Reports dropdown and Click on Reference Number Report option. It will open new window.
6. Select Client and Document Type from the List.
7. Select Asset Type.
8. Select Filter By option "By All Range" from list and Select other required fields.
9. Click on Filter Report. Result will be loaded on Grid Below.
10. Click on the Tail of the Aircraft from the grid. An "UPDATE STATUS" Button will get enabled.
11. Click on Update Status Button. A new window will open.
12. On the New Window. Select "Update Reference Status" from Reference Status/Base Location Dropdown of the provided field. Data will get loaded on the Grid.
13. Click on the check Box beside any reference number which does not have "missing Check" Reference Status.
14. Click on SAVE Button. The reference number will get updated with the "Missing Check" Status.


How do I update Base Location of Reference Number from Reference Number Report?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3. Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4. Select any Centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5. Hover over the Reports dropdown and Click on Reference Number Report option. It will open new window.
6. Select Client and Document Type from the List.
7. Select Asset Type.
8. Select Filter By option "By All Range" from list and Select other required fields.
9. Click on Filter Report. Result will be loaded on Grid Below.
10. Click on the Tail of the Aircraft from the grid. An "UPDATE STATUS" Button will get enabled.
11. Click on Update Status Button. A new window will open.
12. On the New Window. Select "Update Base Location" from Reference Status/Base Location Dropdown of the provided field. Data will get loaded on the Grid.
13. Click on the check Box beside any reference number from the Grid.
14. Select Base Location from the Drop Down of the field "Select Base Location"
15. Click on SAVE Button. The reference number will get updated with the "Missing Check" Status.

Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator.
