How do I allow third party users to manage Email notifications?

How do I allow third party users to manage Note notification?

1.	Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.	Hover on the Home tab.
3.	Click on the Settings in the drop down. It will open Settings page.
4.	Click on EDIT button under Email Notification. It will allow you to set Note notification.
5.	Check the tick box of Note notification.
6.	Click on SAVE button.
7.	It will open a popup box, click on OK Button.
