"From Dec 2004 FAA DER ( system at BCA was replaced by an alternative delegated organizational approval process, under the provisions of 14 CFR, Part 21, Subpart J, Delegation Option Authorization Procedure.

Now the Boeing Organization responsible for administering this new program is BDCO (Boeing Commercial Airplanes Delegated Compliance Organization).

ARs of BDCO are the responsible for the role which was previously held by FAA DERs i.e. to provide appropriate structural repair approval"
