FLYdocs FSCC V5.0.7, released on the January 2020

Additions:

  • After installation of FSCC, no more administration permission requires to use it.
  • Created box / folder, which is sorted in Ascending or Descending order automatically.
  • Corrupt file email notification is sent to the respective user automatically.
  • We can insert and save notes in Notes and Audit Notes area.
  • Processing report is now available based on local and UTC time zone.
  • SSO users can use FSCC by generating credential from tools section on website.
  • Added support for .txt and .png files which contain multiple .txt and .png.
  • Current operator, which is selected from website is available as default current operator, while tagging.

Changes:

  • FSCC user access, is controlled for each module from website.
  • Files table is now optimized, in return document processing is done faster than the earlier.
  • Uploading zipping process is done in background, so user can use FSCC while zipping is in process.
  • Processing report is generated based on the date selection.
  • Propeller Centre is added into the template scanning.
  • Updated prompt message is shown for unsupported files.
  • User is able to upload folder(s) for a row which is hyperlinked to CS for all centers (Aircraft, Engine, Landing Gear, APU and Propeller) for template scanning.
  • Workflow host service gives much faster response than earlier.
  • Time is reduced for renaming box / folder.
  • Upgraded transport layer security within FSCC.

Fixes:

  • Duplicate file name generated in website, while uploading document(s) in same box / folder which is in Maintenance History(MH), is not done anymore.
  • Fixed, updating the client short name from website, which was breaking FSCC workflow.
  • Once operation is complete, after renaming the file(s), user is no longer able to see loading icon on Preview Operation.
  • Cancellation of uploading box, no longer can cancel the queued box in the local scanning report.
  • Stopped meshing folders one and another box, managed only one copy process at a time.
