flydocs FSCC V5.0.8, released on October 2020

Addition:

• Display message to the user when there is no record for "Error Log Report"
• FSCC should support capture perfect 3.1.55 including 3.1
• User will get log rights permission even, if user changes folder name (FLYdocs) (in path C:\Program Files (x86)) while installing FSCC.
• Kept log for scanner setting selection and observation scanner setting selection from log file.
• FSCC >> Daily Scanning Files should populate Parallel on MCC and other section(s)
• User will have more control on delete scanned data option so that user can delete my scanned data based on need.
• Document rotation facility on FSCC for component centre
• As a FSCC user will be able to view a report of boxes/folders in processing with the fewest number of clicks

Changes:

• Prompt massage while uploading empty BOX/FOLDER, it will inform to the user that permission is controlled from FSCC setting page.
• FSCC to resume zipping automatically due to logoff or internet loss or manually made offline FSCC to Prevent reupload process
• When user will be using the functionality of drag and drop folder, User will be getting same current operator list twice.
• If user wants to default current operator in FSCC same as website in folder tag panel for previous created folder as well so that he needs not to select current operator again.
• Reports>>Processing/Scanning Report>>Export to excel, file name need to include centre as well.
• If user wants to cancel zipping from Asset/Status list, Box, Folder or file level so that he needs not to navigate Reports for it.
• WorkFlow and Settings Selection Validation Changes

• As a user after selecting tagging panel should not close automatically so that user can start scanning directly.
• Cancel Zipping in Offline mode

• User should be able to upload the BOX/FOLDER into FSCC even it contains small letter on naming of BOX/FOLDER while copying or drag & drop.

Fixes:

• Stop opening FSCC application automatically when user start/Restart my machine.
• All Tool Messages should be moved to a common class
• When users uninstall FSCC from control panel, open FSCC window should get closed automatically.
• FSCC should automatically close all open forms (HBAU/DAILY/TEMPLATE SCANNING) when user logoff so that he doesn’t need to close this manually.
• Export reports from FSCC file contain numeric value in the grid as integer instead of string
• FSCC Application - Design changes
• Same file with different extension, Metadata and Link group
