How do I manage Group Notes?

How do I add Group Note?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab. Hover Over the Document management Centre tab and Select Manage Internal documentation tab.
3. Select Client and Other relevant details.  
4. Click the VIEW button. It will open a new window.
5. Click on Add Group Note icon. It will open a new window.  
6. Enter your Group Note.  
7. Click on the SAVE button to save your Group Note.

How do I edit Group Note?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab. Hover Over the Document management Centre tab and Select Manage Internal documentation tab.
3. Select Client and Other relevant details.  
4. Click the VIEW button. It will open a new window.
5. Click on the View Group Note icon. It will open a new window.  
6. Click on the Edit icon to edit Group Note.  
7. Enter your Group Note.  
8. Click on the SAVE button to save your Group Note.

How do I delete Group Note?

1. Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2. Hover over the Fleet Management tab. Hover Over the Document management Centre tab and Select Manage Internal documentation tab.
3. Select Client and Other relevant details.  
4. Click the VIEW button. It will open a new window.
5. Click on the View Group Note icon. It will open a new window.  
6. Click on Delete Button.  
7. It will show you one Popup message. Click on the OK button to delete your Note.  
Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator.
