1. | Login to your account using the username and password provided. | |
2. | Hover over the Fleet Management tab. Hover Over the Document management Centre tab and Select Manage Internal documentation tab. | |
3. | Select Client and Other relevant details. | |
4. | Click the VIEW button. It will open a new window. | |
5. | Click on Add Group Note icon. It will open a new window. | |
6. | Enter your Group Note. | |
7. | Click on the SAVE button to save your Group Note. |

6. | Click on the Edit icon to edit Group Note. | |
7. | Enter your Group Note. | |
8. | Click on the SAVE button to save your Group Note. |

7. | It will show you one Popup message. Click on the OK button to delete your Note. |
