How do I send an internal note?
1. | Login to your account using the username and password provided. | |
2. | Click on the Fleet Management tab. | |
3. | Hover on the Document Management Centre tab. | |
4. | Click on the Manage Internal Documentation tab. | |
5. | Select Client. | |
6. | After selecting related information VIEW button is going to be visible so just click on it to view Manage Internal Documentation. | |
7. | Select the row for which you want to send an Internal Note. | |
8. | Click on the view icon, It will open a new window. | |
9. | In the Internal Note section, Select the user from the list to whom you want the note to be assigned. | |
10. | Using the third selection box, please select the user who is responsible for replying to this query. | |
11. | Write your note in the input field and click on Save Internal Notes Button. |
Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. Please contact an administrator. |
